All-Wheel Drive with Active Cornering Control

The available All-Wheel Drive (AWD) system provides improved traction in all weather conditions. This advanced system will continuously monitor driving conditions to anticipate traction requirements, unlike other systems, which can only react in real time. For example, when slippery conditions are detected, the system can proactively shift engine torque to the rear wheels. Other features include a driver-selectable 50/50 front-and-rear AWD lock that can be engaged for maximum low-speed traction and an Active Cornering Control function that can apply brake force to the inside rear wheel to help the vehicle maintain its intended path through a corner.

2.0L GDI engine with 6-speed automatic transmission

The standard 2.0L Gasoline Direct Injection (GDI) engine delivers 164 horsepower, 151 lb-ft of torque, and is paired with a 6-speed automatic transmission. Autonomous Emergency Braking with Pedestrian Detection

This available safety innovation uses a forward camera and radar sensors to detect rapidly closing speeds to the vehicle ahead or pedestrians in your path. If a potential forward collision is detected, audible and visual warning notifications will alert the driver. If the driver does not react to avoid the impact, the system can provide full braking assistance at speeds under 80 kilometres per hour (vehicle detection) or under 65 kilometres per hour (pedestrian detection).

Blind Spot Detection with Lane Change Assist

Available Blind Spot Detection (BSD) uses radar to detect when a vehicle is in the driver's blind spot and provides both an audible and visual alert to help keep you aware as you drive.
