The Dual Continuously Variable Valve Timing (D-CVVT) helps improve torque and enhance fuel efficiency so you spend less time at the pump. Vehicle Stability Management system
The comprehensive Vehicle Stability Management (VSM) system on the Accent links and optimizes the function of active safety features, incorporating Motor-Driven Power Steering (MDPS), Electronic Stability Control (ESC) and Traction Control System (TCS). It's all the stability features you want, controlled by one very impressive management system.

Electronic Stability Control
When Electronic Stability Control (ESC) senses a skid is imminent, it responds immediately. It does this by applying the appropriate amount of braking to individual wheels and adjusting throttle input. This helps keep you on your intended path.

Traction Control System
